For hotel guests, we provide valet parking in a nearby garage attended by our friendly staff. A preliminary reservation is required and the charge is 28 € per day.
To ensure your enjoyment, the Best Western Premier Hotel Slon has a »Commitment to Calm« in guest rooms and public areas. Complaints from other guests about excessive noise can result in the noisy party being asked to leave the hotel immediately with no refund.
Best Western Premier Hotel Slon is a non-smoking hotel. A 200 € cleaning fee will be applied to your bill for smoking of any substance.
We place particular pride on offering our guests clean rooms. You agree that excessive stains or damage to our property will result in a minimum 50 € cleaning fee.
Extra charges billed to guest room will be settled at time of check out.
Reservation policy
When making a reservation, the website user undertakes the responsibility to submit a valid e-mail address and authorizes us to use it for notifications in relation to the booking and confirming information. If the user is not available by e-mail or phone or submits a wrong or an invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Children Policy
Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children between 3 to 12 years can stay in the parents' room where extra bed or foldaway sofa is possible. The supplement for extra bed is 20 € per night. Should you require a cot, please ask at the time of booking.
Pets Policy
Best Western Premier Hotel Slon is a pet friendly hotel, pets are allowed on request (no more than two pets per room). The extra charge is 25 € per stay. The hotel will provide bowls, beds and treats. Pets are not allowed only in Superior Deluxe Rooms. When in public areas of the Hotel, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier and must not be left unattended in the guestrooms.
