Gault&Millau Slovenia at Hotel Slon

On April 11, we hosted a very special event at Hotel Slon. Gault&Millau Slovenia hosted a gala reception in our conference center to celebrate the best Slovenian restaurants, chefs, winemakers and culinary masters.

Highlight of the evening was the ceremonial announcement of the best according to the selection of Gault&Millau Slovenia for 2023.
