Once again this year, the unmistakable flavour is in the trusted hands of the renowned Mrs Slobodanka, our beloved in-house pastry master, who has been baking Slon’s sweet creations for decades and returns from retirement especially for this occasion.
We remain faithful to the traditional method of preparation, crafting our potica entirely by hand. Only the finest ingredients are used, combined with the intuition and expertise that come from years of experience of our pastry team — a true recipe for excellence.
