We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

Following the announcement of the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic, we are following the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and would like to inform you that the Best Western Premier Hotel Slon has temporarily and preventively stopped operating until the regulation is repealed.

Our Flexible Cancellation Policy:

In response to changing marketplace conditions, Best Western Premier Hotel Slon is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.

We are implementing the following policies:

REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, between today and June 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS (Pre-paid)

For guests with existing reservations for any arrival date up to June 30, 2020, guests may rebook their reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* we will allow date changes up to 12 months. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Please note that this policy does not apply to Event or Group bookings. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please contact us to sales@hotelslon.com

For individual reservations made through the third parties (such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.), you are kindly asked to contact them directly as they may apply different policies.
