Protocols for Meetings & Events

Our conference center is located on the 1st floor, offering air-conditioning, wooden flooring and natural day-light with large windows which can be opened for fresh air.

Outlined below is our meetings and events safety protocol:

• Hygiene precautions and safe handling of personal belongings in the coatroom
• Stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizers in hotel public areas and meeting and event spaces
• Ensuring physical distancing, 1,5 m minimum, in meeting, event and networking facilities
• Implement frequent air circulation processes to increase air quality
• Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of all meeting and event spaces, paying special attention to high-touch items
• Complying with the strict safety procedures while serving all food and beverages
• Our team wearing recommended personal protection equipment (PPE)
