Assistant cook (m/f)

in Hotel Slon

We are looking for a positive person who enjoys working in the kitchen, is precise and independent with a sense of order and cleanliness. Knowledge of the HACCP system is desirable, but not mandatory, as our skilled team of chefs will be happy to share all their knowledge with you. Required level of education: lower vocational.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation and arrangement of the work environment for ongoing work;
• Preparation of breakfast dishes; pre-preparation, cooking;
• Washing and taking care of the cleanliness of work equipment and inventory;
• Acceptance of perishable foods;
• Occasional general cleaning of work spaces;
• Dealing with complaints in the field of food from suppliers when taking over food
